At times you may find a post you made in the Repairs forum, even one with multiple replies to it, has disappeared. After initial confusion, and wondering if you just had a very vivid dream you find your post in another forum on the board.

This is not a bug or strange behavior of the board software. When I encounter topics that are clearly not in the category described by the forum it is currently in I move it to a better fitting forum. I do this without fanfare and without leaving any comments about having done so.

The movement of topics is done in the interest of all members of the board. If you are looking to buy or sell something you will go the "Classifieds" forum and not expect to encounter this type of topic anywhere else. Yes, the "Repairs" forum is the most used, and most read, but posting something there that is not related to repairs or maintenance will most likely result in the topic being move to another forum.
